Sub-processors

Last updated: 10 May 2026

OfficeNumber uses the third-party providers listed below to deliver its services. Each is bound by a written agreement to process personal data only on our instructions and to apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

We may add, change, or remove sub-processors as our infrastructure evolves. Where required by law, material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, giving customers an opportunity to object. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.

Current sub-processors

How we choose sub-processors

Before engaging a new sub-processor, we evaluate:

  • Their security posture (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, certifications).
  • Their data-protection commitments (UK/EU GDPR alignment, data-transfer safeguards, breach notification).
  • Their operational reliability and uptime track record.
  • The minimum data required for the service they provide.

How to be notified of changes

Customers and partners are notified of material sub-processor changes by email at least 30 days in advance, where required by law and where their account email address is on file. To object to a new sub-processor, contact privacy@officenumber.co.uk within the notice period; we will work in good faith to resolve the concern, which may include moving you to an alternative provider where feasible.

Data Processing Agreement

Customers processing the personal data of UK or EU residents on our platform may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by emailing privacy@officenumber.co.uk. The DPA incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
