Why do I have to buy a minimum of 2 numbers?
Team accounts are designed for businesses with multiple staff. If you only need one number, our standard WhatsApp Business or Business Landline products are a better fit (and cost less per number for solo use).
Can I mix WhatsApp Business and Landline numbers in the same team?
Yes. Each team member can have whichever product suits their role. Sales reps often pick WhatsApp Business; customer service teams typically pick Landlines with IVR. Your bill rolls them up regardless of mix.
What happens when a team member leaves?
The owner can release that team member's number (their access is revoked, your monthly bill drops by one number) or reassign it to a new team member without changing the number itself. Useful if customers already have the number saved.
Do team members need to install anything?
No app, no hardware. Calls forward to whatever phone the team member already has — their personal mobile, a desk phone, anything. WhatsApp Business members install the regular WhatsApp Business app from the App Store or Play Store and use the OfficeNumber number to verify it.
Can I see my whole team's call activity in one place?
Yes — owners and admins see call activity, voicemails, and number status across the whole team in one dashboard. Members only see their own number's activity. You can also export call logs as CSV for any date range.
Are there contracts or commitments?
No contracts. You're billed monthly per number; cancel any number, or the whole team account, at any time. Pro-rated refunds on cancellation within the first 7 days.
What if I want to start with 2 and grow later?
Perfect — that's the typical path. Set up with 2 numbers (you and your first hire), and add more whenever you need them. Volume rates kick in automatically when you cross thresholds (5 members, 10 members) — no manual upgrade required.
